A little work

No new discoveries in Cameroon so I decided to tell you a bit of work, after all I'm here to work.
You know my rhythm 'gearée' on high speed but my partner is on the small, small beef, enough to make me crazy. So I wrote a report to request a change of partner and guess what, we passed the little beef to the first of it's already taken. However, I have other projects I am ascending currently training on conflict management, a workshop on recognition, write an article on the recognition and I work with a group of students in part an NGO. Finally, I'm busy, I feel useful and I realized.
I still have the project to change partners. I want to work for an NGO as a program matching volunteers with VSO volunteers in local schools. The job is to support the coordinator in management. I really like doing this job because I would be in touch with local volunteers, to coaching with water and coordinator. It's in my strings. So my dream and I will share for that you put your energy too, it will be my Christmas present. Thank you in advance.

Beauty and softness

Back in Yaounde, a city that seems to me quieter, less smoky, more pleasant than when we arrived in September and then destination Limbe. First the bus to Douala and then negotiating the taxi to the chagrin of Marcel. I had read that the price per person was 200F and I was not going to budge. Finally, there is a motorcycle and 500F Martcel needed to take it. Upon his arrival at the crossroads for the start of Limbe, a taxi car waiting for us and there we piled into a small 6 passenger car. Of the 6, there are good sizes, of course, we are the smallest. I sit on Marcel, but her buttocks on the hard lump in the center. With my weight, her hindquarters is in agony. We eventually find a position to live the next 70 KM a little more comfortable.

Limbe worth these drawbacks. The life of the sea after the sight of rivers emptied of all their water is a feast for the eyes. Some islands scattered here and there in the ocean complete the dream landscape. We sat at the Atlantic Beach Hotel, room sea view is no beach, volcanic stones decorate the beach, beautiful black stones, polished by the waves that make the unique scenery, especially my faith quite nice .

Visit the botanical garden and mini zoo's mission is to accommodate injured or endangered primates adorns our first day in Limbe.

The second day is devoted the discovery of Mount Cameroon. Marcel legs remind him that he has more than twenty years. As for me, I stumble on a rock, do a glide and here I am with the figure of a battered woman. Despite these anecdotes may seem unpleasant, in fact I said to spice the day is very pleasant, interesting and full of adventure. A little disappointment, I'm greedy, I also wanted to go in the rainforest but not enough time, too bad ... the job name. We resume at Kribi in February.

The Feast of Sacrifice

This weekend is the Feast of Sacrifice. Everyone bought his sheep, kills, the kitchen and of course eating.
Thursday evening, our neighbor comes to see me and asked me to fasten his post after the sheep on our terrace which is a few feet from our table. I do not really want to eat the sheep, so I told him to tie it after the front door. The next morning we take our walk and return the meat had been made, all the meat was placed in containers, the head was on the porch. I crossed the bloody scene with my blinders not to see. The neighbor wanted me to have fresh meat cooked. I refused politely but this was a postponement because she gave us for supper. We tried to sample this delicious feast. The taste was good but unfortunately the meat was rather tough.
We were invited to dinner at a bar for the party and I must confess that for the first time, the food was delicious. We feasted.
PS We have stopped smoking.
